Breikkeri helps children to train for example interaction and problem-solving skills, and it also supports healthy lifestyle.
The energizers of Breikkeri support the Finnish curriculum, which emphasizes the joy of learning and the active role of children as well as increasing transversal competencies and activity.
The energizers of Breikkeri set pace for the school days. They provide a 5-10-minute stimulating break during which the class does an exercise chosen by the teacher. The exercise can be used to activate or to calm down the class and it can be done alone, in small groups or as a whole class together.
Breikkeri helps both the body and the mind to feel better.
